Like the G-Technology G-Drive Slim ($109.99 list, 3.5 stars), the G-Drive Mobile also has a mostly metal aluminum construction with a shimmery matte silver finish. The G-Drive Mobile has a similar G-Technology logo on the top, but since this is a chunkier, heavier drive, the G-Drive Mobile has a set of six rubber feet on the bottom to keep it in place when in use. One edge has a drive access LED, and the other has a pair of FireWire 800 ports plus a USB 3.0 micro-b port. The drive chassis measures roughly 0.75 by 3.25 by 5 inches (HWD), which is about the same length and width as the G-Drive Slim, but a bit thicker.
